Traveling solo could be very exciting but at the same time nerve wracking specially when is your first time taking that leap of faith. Many people told me how dangerous it was for me to travel by myself as a women, they started mentioning the potential dangers and situations that I could face… Basically to discourage me from doing it. I wont lie, I WAS AFRAID! There were countless nights leading to my trip that I wasn’t able to sleep thinking about my decision of going or if I should find someone to come with me. I did tried getting somebody to come with me, but as someone who does not have that many friends, I was unable to find someone available and willing to make the trip with me. At that point I have already made my mind, I WAS GOING REGARDLESS.

I did my research, found the perfect hotel for me to stay, a taxi company that would pick me up from the airport and drop me off to the hotel and vice versa, I scheduled several excursion before the trip, and most importantly, I research the area and looked for other people who have traveled to Cancun before. What can I say? This trip was the best trip that I could ever made.

  1. May I just say what a relief to find someone who genuinely knows what theyre discussing on the internet. You actually realize how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people have to look at this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised youre not more popular because you most certainly have the gift.

  2. Next time I read a blog, I hope that it wont fail me just as much as this particular one. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read, however I actually believed you would have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of moaning about something you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.

    1. Thank You for your feedback.
I would appreciate to know what specifically you would like to know so I can include it in the post.

      Thank You!
